No card needed. Works on the phone in your pocket. Kenya and Tanzania.
Entry numbers, status and paperwork for every file, with what is still owed on each.
Estimate duty, VAT, railway levy and IDF against KRA and TRA schedules — including cars by CIF or CRSP — and send the client a quotation.
Days in port counted on every container, so storage charges are seen before they land.
Photograph a BL, invoice or permit and Managix reads it and files it to the right job.
Invoices with VAT (including zero-rated), part payments, receipts and statements — printed or sent on WhatsApp.
Clerks enter entries and chase files without ever seeing your rates or profit.
If you also move the container or own trucks, it is all in the same system — kept apart so the numbers never mix.
Who did what, and when, on every money change.
The plans differ only in how many trucks you run. Unlimited staff on every plan. Prices are per company per month, before VAT; Kenyan customers pay 16% VAT on top.
No. iCMS and KenTrade are where you file with the government. Managix is your own side of the business — your rates, costs, clients and profit — and it does not interfere with anything you file.
No — they are estimates to help you plan and quote. The final figure is what KRA or TRA assesses.
From USD 19 a month per company (Starter, up to 10 trucks). Business is USD 49 for up to 20 trucks, Premium USD 99 for up to 40, and Pro USD 299 for unlimited trucks. Every plan includes clearing, cargo and fleet, and unlimited staff. Prices are before VAT; you are charged in Kenya or Tanzania shillings.

Yes. Every user can switch the screens between English and Kiswahili with one tap — useful for drivers, clerks and yard staff.
Only if you allow it. Each person gets their own login and clearance level, enforced on the server, so a clerk's phone never receives rates, margins or balances.
